Peter and Maria DeFelice are the owners of Petals Florist and The Flower Box.  The Flower Box has been a family affair since 1985.  Petals Florist opened September 15th 1992 and has added another great business to the DeFelice family.  Peter graduated from the American School of Floral and Plant Design in 1988 and received the Teleflora's Prestigious Top 2000 Award in 2001.  This award is given out to small elate group of florist worldwide.  The Flower Box is the only florist to receive this honor in Sussex County and one of only a handful of florist in the state.  The Flower Box has also received the Design, Service and Quality Award from Teleflora.  This award is given to florists that excel all requirements for design, service and quality.
